Quinolizidine alkaloids in lupin coffee

Lupine products became more and more popular over the last years. Lupin coffee is one of the main products besides lupin yogurt and lupin flour.

Milled lupin coffee with incurred and/or spiked levels of quinolizidine alkaloids is offered as test material. A selection of the quinolizidine alkaloids mentioned below will be offered as parameters in the test material.

The analytical data are assessed with respect to

the correct identification of the quinolizidine alkaloids,
the comparability (z-score), and
the trueness (70 to 120% of the spiked level, as far as applicable).
