The matrices are chosen from “cereal grain and products thereof” according to SANTE 11312/2021:

  • grains like wheat, rye, barley, oat, maize
  • cereal products like bread, crackers, breakfast cereals, pasta

Neither the identity nor the exact number of pesticides are announced in advance. The scope of pesticides within the module cereal grain and products thereof proof is defined here.

The module covers

  • all in all 150 pesticides (within a period of five years).
  • 25-35 spiked pesticides in each test material.
  • a test material per year.
  • the corresponding blank materials.

In the period 2015 to 2019, the module covered the commodity groups “dry legume vegetables/pulses” and “cereal grain and products thereof”. From 2020 on, the module is focused on “cereal grain and products thereof”.

A minimum of 150 pesticides are tested within a 5-year period. All in all 5 ring tests are included. A discount is granted if the 5-year package is booked.

Payment of rolling proof is performed on an annual basis. An early termination of the packages is also possible. The granted discount then has to be compensated.

The test material is shipped by express courier. Shipping costs are included for shipment to EU countries. Additional shipping costs may apply for shipment to Non-EU countries.
