Antibiotic substances (incl. pesticides) and plant hormones in apple

Antibiotics, pesticides with antibiotic effects and plant hormones are widely used on food. P2509-RT is especially designed to cover this special group of substances.

An apple homogenate is provided as test material. The material is spiked with a selection of the compounds specified below.

The analytical data are assessed with respect to

the correct identification of the compounds,
the comparability (z-score), and
the trueness (70 to 120% of the spiked level, as far as applicable).
