Multi-method pesticides in rape seeds

Milling is one of the cruicial parts of sample preparation of oil seeds. Thus, non-milled spiked rapeseeds are provided as test material.

Milling with dry ice or liquid nitrogen might avoid losses of highly volatile pesticides.

The whole rapeseeds are spiked with up to 15 pesticides, covered by common pesticide multi-residue methods.

The analytical data are assessed with respect to

• the correct identification of the pesticides,
• the comparability (z-score), and
• the trueness (70 to 120% of the spiked level, as far as applicable).
