Olive oil - MOSH and MOAH (spiked)

The olive oil is spiked with MOSH and MOAH. 

Spiked levels are:

• 10 mg/kg of total MOSH, and
• 5.2 mg/kg of total MOAH.

The raw material, which was used for the preparation of the reference material contains about 5.4 mg/kg of total MOSH, and trace levels of about 1.0 mg/kg of total MOAH. The unspiked material is available as blank material P2401-BLOl. We recommend to order both materials P2401-RMOl and P2401-BLOl for evaluation of the trueness of results.

The specification of the reference material includes the comparability of results (z-score criterion) as well as the trueness of results (70 to 120 % recovery of the spiked level).
