Palm oil - MOSH and MOAH (spiked)

The red crude palm oil is contaminated with MOSH and spiked with MOAH.

The spiked level of MOAH is 5.2 mg/kg, while the level of MOSH is 21 mg/kg.

The specification of the reference material includes the comparability of results (z-score criterion) as well as the trueness of results (70 to 120 % recovery of the spiked level, MOAH only).
