Black peppercorn - 2-chloroethanol / ethylene oxide

The black peppercorn is ground and spiked with 2-chloroethanol. The specification includes the trueness of the results and an accepted range of 70 to 120 % of the spiked level. The specification refers to 2-chloroethanol, expressed as ethylene oxide.
